About Me
As a Person-centred counsellor, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for you to explore your unique experiences. I believe you hold the answers within. My role is to help you uncover them at your own pace. We can gently make sense of your feelings, whether you're facing specific challenges or seeking greater self-understanding. My aim is for you to feel truly heard and respected, finding clarity and a path forward. Sessions are available both in person and online.
Approach
Being fully qualified and BAPC-registered, I use a person-centred stance to guide our work toward your own discoveries while staying practical and grounded. In sessions in south east London or online, in English or Italian, you’ll find a calm pace, reflective listening and gentle questions that help untangle feelings and relational patterns.
