Ms Clare Finane

Registered Psychotherapist

I am an experienced, compassionate, and non-judgemental therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate personal and relational challenges, fostering growth, resilience, and meaningful change.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist based in Limerick, Ireland. I treat abuse, anxiety, grief and loss, control issues, and stress-related burnout. I offer trauma counselling, individual psychotherapy, and relationship counselling to help you regain control and reduce burnout.

Approach

Sessions focus on gentle pacing and practical connection: we explore how past hurt and present pressures show up in thoughts, relationships and the body, moving at a pace you can tolerate. In Limerick City Centre or online in English, I use plain psychoeducation, trauma-informed listening and collaborative tasks between sessions so insights translate into calmer days and clearer boundaries. You’ll find the work steady and focused, suited to adults coping with anxiety, burnout, control or loss who want skills and compassionate containment.
