About Me

As a Psychodynamic Counsellor, I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand how past experiences shape their present. Our sessions explore underlying patterns and develop insights, allowing individuals to identify what truly matters. This approach supports clients in making sense of their unique journey, fostering growth and unlocking their full potential. If you are seeking deep understanding and a pathway to personal clarity, this collaborative space offers support for meaningful change.

Approach

I listen for patterns beneath your everyday choices and alongside you gently test new ways of being. In my Hove consulting room, conducted in English, sessions feel steady and paced to your readiness, with space for silence, curiosity and practical reflection. We track sensations, recurring thoughts and relational habits, sometimes following a bodily focus to locate stuckness and sometimes mapping past moments to shift present reactions. People managing trauma, shame, anxiety or procrastination often find this attentive, paced approach clarifying and enabling.
