Clinical Psychologist

An experienced psychologist that works predominately from a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) approach, with international training in CBT

About Me

I am an experienced clinical psychologist. I help clients explore how their thoughts shape their feelings and actions using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My international training guides our work together. We explore unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies. This approach is ideal for those seeking clear, actionable steps to build new ways of coping.

Approach

I guide you to map links between thoughts, emotions and behaviours, then we test clear, practical steps in everyday life. In Sandton or online, in English or Afrikaans, sessions are structured and paced to fit adolescents, adults and families, with room for emotional safety around grief, trauma and chronic illness. Between sessions you’ll use brief experiments, tracking and short reflections to build new habits and measure change. People facing loss, relationship strain or mood challenges often find this focused, pragmatic way helpful.
