Registered Social Worker

NEW: Polyvagal Informed Therapy. Additionally, I practice a mindfulness-based behavioural therapy which provides a basis for making change and doing what is meaningful for you. I am also a certified Safe and Sound Provider.

About Me

I can help you explore your nervous system's responses and find a path towards what truly matters. Using Polyvagal Informed Therapy, we consider how your body reacts to stress and safety. My mindfulness-based behavioural approach offers practical tools, providing a basis for making intentional changes. It's for those seeking inner wisdom and a life rich in personal meaning.

Approach

Often we'll track bodily cues for safety and stress, then gently test small, practical shifts that build new patterns in daily life. In sessions I blend breath- and attention-based practices with clear behavioural experiments, pacing work to what feels tolerable while checking in about sensations, emotions and relationships to pain or shame. Between meetings I offer short practices to try that reinforce what felt possible here, and we use those moments to adjust our focus. This approach suits adults seeking steady, embodied change.
