About Me
Approach
My mission is to offer a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can authentically explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we’ll work toward building self-compassion, clarity, and resilience as you move through life.
Grounded in cultural sensitivity, strength-based approaches, and trauma-informed care, I draw from Person-Centred Therapy, ACT, CBT, IFS-informed work, and mindfulness-based somatic strategies—all tailored to support your unique goals.
It’s an honour to walk alongside you on your journey of exploration, growth, and holistic well-being.
