Counseling Psychologist

Hello there! I'm Christina (: My journey into psychology was sparked by a genuine love for connecting with people. I believe that counselling is, at its heart, a collaborative connection—two people coming together to navigate this wonderfully bizarre life.

About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist and a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I practice in Bridgeland-Riverside, Alberta, Canada and work with adults facing life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, cross-cultural issues, and dementia. I use ACT, trauma and relationship counseling and offer a free consultation to plan clear, practical steps for you.

Approach

My mission is to offer a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can authentically explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we’ll work toward building self-compassion, clarity, and resilience as you move through life.

Grounded in cultural sensitivity, strength-based approaches, and trauma-informed care, I draw from Person-Centred Therapy, ACT, CBT, IFS-informed work, and mindfulness-based somatic strategies—all tailored to support your unique goals.

It’s an honour to walk alongside you on your journey of exploration, growth, and holistic well-being.
