I help adults and parents in processing distressing experiences, inner patterns and tensions. People come to me with a wide range of concerns. Some experience persistent tension, internal blocks or difficult relationship dynamics. Others seek help with anxiety, intense emotions or physical symptoms that reflect psychological strain. Significant, upsetting or traumatic events can also play a role. In my online practice, I offer a safe and confidential space where every life story is welcome. Together, we work through what feels burdensome and gradually release inner tension, creating space for greater freedom, clarity and stability. Along the way, new possibilities often emerge, helping life feel lighter and more manageable.

About Me

Welcome! I work with adults and parents in an international online setting, offering a safe and protected space where your whole experience is welcome, including your tears and your laughter. People come to me with many different kinds of difficulties, and I meet every person with deep respect for their life story. I am patient, present and attentive, and your boundaries are always taken seriously. My way of working is both gentle and conscious. Some parts of our sessions may feel familiar or conversational, while other elements draw on a nervous system oriented approach that engages the body, the senses and natural movements. In this work, difficult experiences are not analysed in detail. Instead, we explore how they show up in your body through sensations, feelings, inner images or impulses. Step by step, these patterns can shift and release, bringing more space, clarity and ease into your life. Whether you are an adult seeking support for your own challenges or a parent navigating the impact of your past on your relationship with your children, you are welcome here. Together we create the conditions for healing, regulation and meaningful change.

Approach

I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapist, art psychotherapist and specialist in curative education (Dipl.Heilpädagogin), with over 15 years of experience in the therapeutic field. My training and work experience give me a multi‑professional, holistic perspective, considering body, mind and spirit. Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a central part of my approach. This body-focused method helps the nervous system release unresolved tension from distressing experiences. We work gently, in small steps, attending to body sensations and natural shifts in the nervous system, often using techniques known as pendulation or titration. I also draw on art therapy and developmental insights from curative education to support each person individually, providing a safe online space to process difficult experiences and restore balance.

Basic Information

Services

I work with adults, both with and without children, and bring extensive experience in developmental psychology to my practice. I offer support for individual challenges as well as parenting and family-related concerns when guidance is desired. I also work with parents who sense that unresolved experiences from their own childhood continue to influence their relationship with their children. In a safe and compassionate online space, we explore these patterns, helping to release what continues to affect them and fostering new ways of relating to oneself and others.
