Mrs Christina Broadbent

Therapeutic Counselor

I am an experienced, fully qualified and Insured Therapist working with Adult Couples and Individuals face to face and Online

About Me

I offer a supportive space for adult individuals and couples navigating life's complexities. My aim is to help you explore difficult feelings and understand relationship dynamics. We can work together, face-to-face or online, to uncover new perspectives. This fosters stronger connections and personal growth. Clients find my approach compassionate and practical, helping them to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Approach

Work here moves between steady, practical pacing and careful reflection, helping you notice patterns and try small, manageable changes. In my Warrington clinic or via online sessions in English, we shape each meeting to fit your day-to-day realities and what you can tolerate between sessions. I use straightforward questions, gentle challenge and real-life experiments to address anxiety, grief, relationship strain and burnout, checking progress and adjusting as we go. Those wanting collaborative, results-focused work that still feels supportive often find this approach helpful.
