Verified

As a counsellor, Christian is committed to supporting clients' mental wellbeing through a person-centred and collaborative approach. He provides a safe, empathetic space where clients can openly share, reflect on, and process personal challenges, thoughts, and emotions.

About Me

Christian is a warranted counsellor and youth worker with a person-centred approach towards supporting people. He values building trusting relationships, working collaboratively, and contributing to work environments where clients feel respected, heard, and empowered. Alongside his warm and approachable nature, Christian brings professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and reflective practice. He has experience in helping clients presenting with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, abuse, and loss and grief, and offers counselling at the Bypass Pharmacy in Siġġiewi, Il-Kamra s-Safra in Żejtun, or Brown's Pharmacy in Qormi, or Online.

Approach

Christian works from a person-centred, relational foundation because he believes the therapeutic relationship is the starting point for meaningful change. Christian's first priority is to understand the client's experience and create a space where they feel safe enough to explore it openly. As therapy develops, he works collaboratively with the client to identify recurring patterns, emotions and meanings in their life. Furthermore, rather than rigidly following one therapeutic model, Christian integrates approaches and techniques when they fit the client's needs and therapeutic goals, as tools that can deepen exploration once a trusting relationship has been established.
