Chris Bouchard

Registered Psychotherapist

My role as a therapist is not to judge or tell you what to do. My role is to meet you where you're at and help you to be the best "you" that you can be.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Markham, Ontario, working with adults, adolescents, and families. I treat anger and anxiety, assess children, and conduct formal diagnostic evaluations for developmental and mental health needs. I offer relationship and divorce counseling, mindfulness practices, psychological assessments, and a free consultation.

Approach

I work alongside you at whatever pace feels safe, using practical tools and gentle challenge so you can try new responses and notice what changes. In Toronto and online, in English, sessions are straightforward and collaborative — we set small goals, try experiments between meetings, and check what’s actually helping. Assessment moments are clear and concrete, helping us tailor steps when emotions like anger, anxiety, grief, or relationship strain get in the way. People who want direct, practical support tend to find this approach useful.
