In my Rockledge office we meet in English, creating predictable structure and gentle flexibility so families and individuals feel safe to try new coping steps between visits. I blend simple, practical activities—brief skills practice, parent coaching, and paced processing—to match attention differences, trauma responses, or mood shifts.
