Mr Chris Graham

Psychologist

Competent and kind practitioner with the expertise to support you in creating the life you deserve.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychologist based in Midnapore, Alberta, Canada. I help you navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, personal growth, and LGBTQI+ matters through individual therapy and counseling.

Approach

I use a number of therapeutic approaches in my practice. I largely draw on narrative, existential, and attachment-based frameworks in my work. I also work from a number of other therapeutic modalities in my practice, but recognise that my intimate knowledge and familiarity with these models is more limited. For example, Acceptance-Committment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural (DBT), Feminist, Jungian, Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic, Solution-Focused (SFT/SFBT), and Person-Centered/Rogerian ways of thinking all inform the integrative approach I bring to therapy. I also aim to bring a trauma-informed lens to my practice.
