I am Chiara and I am NLP Master Practicioner, Professional Counsellor,Couple Counsellor and Life Coach. All these approaches are based on the idea that the person already possesses within herself/himself all the resources to overcome the situation in which she/he finds himself/herself.
Through practical exercises and powerful techniques you will find your own solutions and put them into practise immediately in your life. It is therefore generally a short path.
Everyone has experienced difficult times at work, within the family, has been undecided about what do to do. With acceptance and no judgement I will take you where you want to go. This is ideal if you want to get involved and take control of your life but you don't know where to start from.
In couple therapy, we focus on unmet needs that often lie at the heart of misunderstandings and conflict. Through guided dialogue and questions, I’ll help you find clarity on your partner’s perspective and uncover what truly matters to each of you.
From there, we’ll work together to rebuild communication, restore trust, and establish new habits and strategies to face challenges in an effective way.
