Cheshunt Counselling

Cheshunt Counselling

Cheshunt Counselling C.I.C. is a non for profit organisation offering access to therapy for all.

About Us

We provide counselling services both online and in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, UK. We deliver counselling, psychotherapy, coaching and CBT through qualified counsellors/coaches in a confidential environment.

Approach

Building on our community-minded approach, therapy here is practical, down-to-earth and shaped by what matters to you, session by session. Sessions are held online or in Cheshunt face-to-face, in a calm, accessible room where we look at the issues that you want to bring to the sessions and work together to get to where you want to be. Work tends to combine gentle exploration with some structured thinking to gain an understanding of your thoughts and emotions to find your way forward. This way of working often suits adolescents, adults and couples seeking, collaborative support.
