Ms Charlotte Harris

Registered Psychotherapist

Embarking on a process of psychotherapy can be hugely transformative and bring changes in your life to move forwards again. I work in a warm and empathic way while constantly focused on tackling the issues that bring you to therapy. Please do get in touch if you would like to meet me and ask about the way I work.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist based in Petham, Kent, United Kingdom. I treat you for abuse, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, and trauma. I offer individual and online counselling in a confidential setting.

Approach

When you first get in touch we take time to map what matters most and agree gentle, practical steps to try. Sessions in my Kent practice or online (I work in English and Spanish) are conversational but focused: we notice patterns, link feelings to past experience, and practise grounding or communication skills you can use between sessions. I keep sessions paced to your needs, offering space for grief, trauma work or rebuilding relationships, which many clients find steadying and hopeful.
