About Me

I support individuals, RCMP, First Responders, and Indigenous peoples navigating the weight of trauma, high anxiety, or PTSD. We work collaboratively to process difficult experiences, often using EMDR to reduce the impact of past events. My aim is to provide a grounded space to address symptoms like depression and find practical ways forward. This focused support helps you reclaim stability and build lasting resilience.

Approach

You’ll find a steady, practical rhythm to therapy that pairs calming stabilization with targeted EMDR sequences to reduce emotional intensity and free up daily functioning. I meet people in Abbotsford or by secure online video in English, adapting session length and pacing to what feels manageable. Sessions move between memory processing, skill practice for anxiety or mood shifts, and short check-ins between appointments to track progress. This approach often fits those carrying work-related trauma, prolonged worry, or complicated loss.
