Ms Celeste Boran-Fetch

Registered Social Worker

I will work to attune to you and your unique needs in our therapeutic relationship. Working in a slow and gentle way holding the belief in your innate capacity to heal, weaving in mindfulness and somatic practices and tools. I trust in your path to more health and self-regulation.

About Me

I offer a gentle, attuned space to explore your unique needs. Believing in your innate capacity to heal, I will slowly accompany you. We will weave in mindfulness practices to help you connect with your body and find calm. This approach is ideal for those seeking a compassionate path to greater self-regulation and well-being. I trust in your journey towards health.

Approach

Sessions move at a measured pace, following what feels most tolerable so sensations, memories and meaning can emerge without pressure. I meet clients in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, offering in-person sessions that use guided breath awareness, gentle somatic noticing and opportunities for creative reflection between meetings. We name patterns, practice regulation skills, and build small experiments you can try at home to expand safety and choice. This way of working tends to suit those seeking calm, steadier self-regulation and compassionate support.
