Catherine Ndong

Counselor

My name is Catherine and I am a qualified therapist with 15 years of experience. I provide a private and confidential counseling service for individuals, couples, and families. At Malaga Therapy, I offer different options to work on different parts of your life. I work with all ages from childhood (around 4 years old).

About Me

As Catherine, I provide a confidential space for individuals, couples, and families. With 15 years of experience, I offer tailored support for all ages, from childhood onwards. We can explore different options together, ensuring our work genuinely addresses your unique life circumstances. This flexible approach helps clients navigate challenges and build understanding.

Approach

You’ll find sessions paced to your needs, blending practical, creative and reflective methods to explore what matters most. I offer in-person work in Málaga and online, and can meet in English, French or Spanish to suit your comfort. Sessions often mix talking with art and drama exercises, brief coaching steps and focused reflection, with simple between-session practices to try at your own pace. This approach tends to help families, young people and adults facing transitions, anxiety, body-image concerns or cross-cultural stresses.
