About Me

We are Registered Psychologists based in Wamberal, New South Wales, Australia. We provide counseling, relationship counseling, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), online therapy, and adoption-related support. We work with people facing life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and relationship issues.

Approach

You’ll notice I blend empathy with practical, evidence-informed techniques to keep sessions grounded and purposeful. From my Wamberal base I work with adults and older clients in English via secure video, creating a calm, paced space where we set clear goals and attend to feelings alongside thinking. Sessions are collaborative and structured—brief check-ins, targeted in-session strategies, and doable between-session steps that build momentum without overwhelming daily life. People navigating transitions, adoption-related threads, or relationship shifts often find this steady, respectful way helpful.
