My therapeutic approach is eclectic where I draw on multiple counseling theoretical orientations and techniques. I like this approach because it's flexible and multifaceted therefore it allows me to use the most effective methods available to address each individual client's needs.
I also like using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as it quickly helps my clients identify and cope with their specific challenges.
