About Me

Adept at fostering a supportive and empowering environment for clients to ensure wholistic care during individual and group therapy sessions, In the maze of life's unexpected challenges, our struggles can be likened to a bag of jigsaw puzzle pieces; in Therapy, we empty these pieces onto the table and begin turning them right side up in a safe space. Together, we navigate this intricate puzzle, allowing one to choose which piece to tackle first. My delight is to support my clients on this journey of self - discovery, offering guidance and support as they unravel the mysteries of life’s puzzle. In our sessions, expect genuine empathy, warmth, deep insight, honesty and non - judgmental support as we navigate through the depths of your inner world. I firmly believe that every individual possesses the innate capacity for healing and self-awareness, Together, we will embark on individual needs aimed at uncovering the root causes, untangling limiting beliefs, and fostering self -understanding and self -compassion using a range of psychological concepts and therapeutic approaches

Approach

Techniques: Eclectic approach, where I draw on multiple counseling theoretical orientations and techniques. I like this approach because it's flexible and multifaceted therefore it allows me to use the most effective methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and trauma-informed care among other behavior therapy approaches available to address each individual client's unique needs effectively.
