Drawing on over two decades of experience, I help individuals navigate complex feelings like depression and anxiety. My focus is also supporting those processing childhood trauma, sexuality, or the effects of abuse. I aim to create a consistent, safe space where you can share openly. Together, we can begin to make sense of your experiences and move towards greater ease.

You’ll find sessions paced to your needs, starting with gentle tracking of what feels most urgent and opening room for memories or identities that still feel raw. I work with adults in Dublin and online in English, keeping sessions predictable, private and focused. We use mindful grounding, focused reflection and small between-session experiments—short practices or notes—to test new ways of responding and build a sense of safety in daily life.
