Carlos Molina

Psychotherapist (Registered)

My core approach is Gestalt Psychotherapy, but I also have training and experience using Mindfulness, Psychoanalysis, BodyWork, Polyvagal Theory, etc. I am accredited and registered with UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy).

About Me

I offer a safe space to explore your experiences carefuly. My core approach is Gestalt therapy that I complement with others like Mindfulness, Psychoanalysis, or BodyWork. This allows me to tailor sessions to your unique needs. We might gently explore physical sensations or reflect on past patterns. This helps you gain greater self-awareness. My integrated approach helps clients uncover insights to navigate life's challenges with more clarity.

Approach

Sessions move between noticing bodily sensations, mindful attention and open dialogue. In this way, feeling and reflection stay connected. Working from Madrid or online, in English or Spanish, I match pace to your rhythm—sometimes slow somatic exploration after loss, sometimes focused experiments to interrupt compulsive patterns or shift relationship dynamics. We use body awareness, dream reflection and gentle relational experiments to test new responses and build steadiness between meetings. People navigating transitions, grief, mood or identity questions often find this practical, embodied way of working helpful.
