Sessions happen in my Beverly Hills office or by secure online video in English, paced to your needs with clear agendas and focused check-ins. I use practical skills, boundary work, craving management and trauma-informed stabilization, and between sessions you'll get short exercises and tracking to test what shifts. Those facing anxiety, past abuse, relationship ruptures or sexual compulsions often find this hands-on, collaborative rhythm useful.
