About Me
As a Registered Counsellor, I embrace a multidisciplinary approach to guide you towards wholeness. I offer tailored support for individuals seeking to integrate different aspects of their lives. We can explore various perspectives and tools together, helping you navigate challenges and foster well-being. My aim is to create a collaborative space where you feel truly heard. This supports your journey towards a more integrated self. It is ideal for those seeking comprehensive, personalised guidance.
Approach
Steering people to wholeness informs how I select perspectives and tools, matching interventions to your life rather than fitting you to a single method. In sessions in George, Garden Route or online, in English or Afrikaans, I hold a calm, structured space where we map patterns, test small practical steps and attend to emotions that surface between meetings. Assessments and narrative reflection blend with paced trauma work, spiritual meaning-making and problem-focused planning so you leave with clearer choices. This way of working suits those seeking steady integration across life domains.
