About Me

Hi, I’m Candy. I’m an integrative therapist based in London, working with clients across the UK and internationally. I use a blend of person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, tailoring therapy to the uniqueness of each individual I work with. My life has shaped the therapist I am today. I know what it’s like to feel different, what it means to be an immigrant, to face discrimination, to navigate the world as a minority. These experiences, along with my background in fashion and the arts, have given me a deep appreciation for difference, identity, and the richness of human experience. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the fashion world, a vibrant, fast-paced environment filled with beauty and diversity. I met people across gender, sexual orientation, culture, and class, each profoundly different, yet deeply human. It was inspiring, but also challenging. I often felt pressured, anxious, and unsure of myself. That complexity stays with me. It helps me understand the pressure you might feel to hold it all together, to belong, or to prove yourself. I believe you already hold the answers you're looking for. My role is to walk alongside you, to help you listen to yourself more clearly, understand yourself more fully, and make empowered choices that feel right for you.

Approach

My practice is grounded in my commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where all parts of you are welcome. You can show up exactly as you are, and I will too. Therapy with me is a conversation, not a performance. You won’t be told what to do, but I will offer thoughts, questions, and reflections to explore together. We can talk about anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and relationship struggles. We can explore identity, culture, creativity, confidence, and personal growth. We can look at how the past is shaping the present, and what needs to shift so you can move forward. Therapy with me is an invitation to get curious about who you are and what you need. Watching people come back to themselves, step into their power, and begin to feel lighter, that’s the greatest honour of my work. If this resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.
