About Me

I help children aged 3-10 navigate their feelings through client-centred Play Therapy. I also work closely with parents, guiding them to support their child throughout the process and after therapy ends. This collaborative approach ensures children feel heard and understood. Parents gain practical ways to continue fostering their child's emotional growth. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space for young minds to flourish.

Approach

Through child-led play and gentle reflection I guide youngsters to name feelings and try small, safe experiments while parents stay involved and prepared. Sessions in Bloemfontein or online, in English or Afrikaans, follow a steady rhythm—short check-ins, unstructured play, then calm reflection with clear takeaways.
