Miss Brooke Scerri

Psychologist

I am passionate about cultivating a safe, non-judgemental and supportive space for my clients to freely explore and express their experiences.

About Me

I aim to create a truly safe, non-judgemental space for you. Here, you can freely explore and express your experiences, feeling fully heard without pressure. I guide individuals seeking clarity on complex feelings or challenging situations. We work collaboratively, at your own pace, to understand your unique world and find your path forward. This supportive environment is ideal for anyone ready to gently unpack their thoughts and discover their strengths.

Approach

You’ll find sessions feel calm and paced to your rhythm, where I listen closely and help make sense of complex emotions. Whether we meet in Prahran or online, English-language sessions use thoughtful questions, grounding strategies and trauma-informed support to work through grief, past hurt or life shifts. Between meetings I may suggest small, manageable practices to try and we reflect together on what’s helpful so the work stays practical and relevant. This way of working often fits adolescents and adults seeking steady, collaborative support.
