Ms Brittany Davis

Social Worker (Mental Health)

An experienced, culturally sensitive, BIPOC clinician who treats anxiety and depression, but specialize in ADHD, Trauma, and BIPOC community issues.

About Me

I offer a culturally sensitive space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the unique issues impacting the BIPOC community. As an experienced BIPOC clinician, I specialise in ADHD and trauma. We can work together to understand your experiences and process difficult feelings, finding practical ways forward. My aim is for you to feel truly seen and heard, creating a path towards greater well-being and resilience.

Approach

You can expect sessions that balance careful listening with practical planning, tuned to how attention differences, traumatic memories, and cultural pressures show up in your daily life. I work with adults in Farmington Hills and online across Michigan, holding sessions in English that move at a steady, flexible pace to match concentration and processing needs. Between meetings we use brief check-ins and concrete strategies—skills practice, pacing, and grounding—to reinforce progress. People navigating anxiety, mood shifts, or identity-related stress often find this way of working grounding and actionable.
