Miss Brigitte Buss

Counselor

MSc Psychology, with the intention of completing a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology. I am passionate about my profession and the positive effects it can have on overall well-being.

About Me

I am passionate about the positive effects Counseling can have on your overall well-being. I aim to help you explore and cultivate what 'well-being' truly means for you. We will explore your unique needs together, developing practical ways to support lasting change. My dedicated, supportive space is for those seeking to enhance daily life and find deeper balance.

Approach

Your sense of well-being shapes how I pace and tailor each session, helping us translate reflection into practical steps. Meeting in Maidstone or online in English, I create a steady, attentive rhythm—short check-ins, deeper exploration, and gentle challenges calibrated to your needs. Between sessions you may try small experiments or grounded strategies we discuss, with brief psychoeducational notes to support learning. This way of working tends to help people facing loss, transitions, relationship strains or burnout who want steady, collaborative change.
