I am a registered Social Worker and Clinical Social Worker based in Kenilworth, Western Cape, South Africa. I help adolescents and adults manage addiction, mood disorders, eating disorders, and identity issues. I deliver individual and psychodynamic therapy , CBT & DBT and provide clinical supervision, parental support, and Ukraine aid.

A holistic approach will always be considered, taking into consideration the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual dimensions of a client. The goal of counselling and therapy is that the client gains insights into their behaviour and that tools for coping are created and implemented to improve general functioning.
