My aim is to support you in building resilience and moving forward with confidence. You can start your journey without delay, as I am accepting new clients.

I meet with adults across Texas in English using secure video from my Fort Worth office so you can bring what’s real from home. Sessions blend gentle pattern‑tracking, short between‑session skill practice, and trauma‑aware reflection—using mindfulness and cognitive tools to reduce overwhelm, strengthen limits, and process loss. People juggling grief, boundary struggles, or imposter feelings often find this steady, skills-focused way helps them feel more grounded and able to move forward.
