I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate and confidential space where you can explore your issues and figure out an effective way forward.
I aim to provide you with a reflective space where you can grow your self-awareness and knowledge. I also put emphasis on practical applications of therapy in life.
I specialise in helping people overcome their feelings of anxiety and depression. My areas of interest include relationship issues, low self-esteem, overthinking, life change/transitions, LGBTQ+ issues, bereavement and loss.
I integrate mindfulness and awareness techniques into the counselling work when appropriate or requested.
