Bhamini

Ms Bhamini Rugnathji

Psychoanalyst

A psychoanalyst and psychoanalytic psychotherapist. Working with adults.

About Me

I help young adults and adults explore the deeper patterns that shape their lives. This psychoanalytic approach offers a unique opportunity to understand how past experiences influence present challenges. Clients often find clarity and lasting relief as we work together to uncover unconscious dynamics. My aim is to support you in fostering greater self-awareness, navigating life's complexities with confidence.

Approach

Helping you trace recurring patterns into the present, I guide steady, reflective sessions that explore feelings, memories and the small moments that repeat. In Cape Town I offer in-person and online work in English, keeping sessions predictable in rhythm while allowing space for surprising discoveries. Our sessions move between close listening, gentle interpretation and collaborative reflection, with occasional invitations to notice patterns between meetings. This way of working tends to suit adults facing transitions, loss, anxiety or stuck relational patterns.
