About Me

I am a trauma-focused psychotherapist with eight years of experience, dedicated to helping you process difficult past events. My background working in hospitals, schools, and shelter homes means I deeply understand how trauma, including domestic violence or sexual assault, can profoundly affect daily life. I provide a grounded, supportive space for navigating PTSD and other clinical disorders. My aim is to help you find stability and a clear path forward.

Approach

When painful memories disrupt everyday routines, I steer our work toward steady, practical steps that restore a sense of safety and agency. In Mumbai I offer in-person and online sessions in English, Hindi/Urdu and Marathi, creating a grounded space where pacing follows your comfort. Sessions typically blend careful reflection with skill-building and creative tasks, and between meetings I suggest simple practices to strengthen coping and choice. People facing loss, relationship shifts or trauma-related distress often find this way of working helpful.
