Ms Betül Kurban

Betül Kurban is a Counselling Psychologist who graduated top of her class from Bahçeşehir University’s Guidance and Psychological Counselling programme and completed a double major in Psychology in 2022. She gained experience through various internships, volunteer work, and Erasmus+ academic placements at the University of Salzburg and the University of Potsdam. She completed her master’s degree in 2025 and received her specialty in Counseling Psychology. Betül has taken part in national and international volunteer projects, provided psychological support in Hatay, Türkiye after the 2023 earthquakes, worked on Erasmus mobility and migration-related initiatives, and represented Türkiye at several international conferences. Trained in CBT and EMDR, she offers individual counselling both online and in person in Üsküdar, Istanbul. With experience in multicultural settings, she supports adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, anxiety, and uncertainty, and also provides counselling in English.
