About Me

As a person-centred counsellor, I aim to create a truly supportive and empowering space for you. I believe in tailoring our work together, blending person-centred understanding with practical, CBT-informed strategies. This approach helps individuals explore their challenges and discover their own path forward. My goal is for you to feel heard and understood, gaining tools relevant to your unique situation, fostering resilience and growth.

Approach

I focus on creating a steady, attentive space where practical thinking meets your personal pace and the things that matter most to you guide each session. Whether we meet in Munich or online in English, sessions are relaxed, punctual and flexible to fit family, school or work rhythms. We map patterns together, try small behavioural experiments and use brief between-session reflections so insights become everyday choices, with pacing adjusted for children, adolescents and adults. This collaborative rhythm tends to suit those facing anxiety, transitions or relationship strains.
