Licensed Clinical Psychologists

Talking therapy for all ages, from nursery school age using play therapy, to adulthood, using talking therapy on line. In English, French, Italian

About Me

I guide individuals of all ages, from nursery school children to adults, through their emotional landscapes. For young clients, play therapy offers a natural way to explore feelings and build resilience. Adults can find understanding and support through convenient online talking therapy. Sessions are available in English, French, or Italian, ensuring a comfortable space to express yourself. I aim to help you navigate life's challenges, fostering insight and new ways forward.

Approach

Working with clients from early childhood to adulthood, I shape sessions so play becomes a way to tell stories for young children and focused online dialogue supports adults. In Sandton or via secure video, in English, French or Italian, sessions move at your pace: short, activity-rich segments for children and paced reflective talk plus practical steps for adolescents and adults. I weave assessment insight with collaborative goal-setting, tracking small shifts between meetings and adapting tools for relocation stress, relationships and anxiety. Those who prefer clear pacing and gentle experimentation tend to feel supported here.
