My areas of specialisation and interest include pregnancy, birthing and postnatal experiences, infancy (0 - 3) and parenting challenges. In my work with adults of all ages I offer an accepting space in which to talk through and reflect on challenging issues from within a collaborative therapeutic relationship, in an attempt to accompany clients towards greater understanding of themselves and their challenges and thereby to make changes. I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, personal / life transitions and grief and loss.
