About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist and ABA Therapist with extensive experience working in mental health, developmental disabilities, and behavioral intervention settings. My work focuses on helping individuals and families understand challenges, identify strengths, and develop effective strategies for improving emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being. I have particular expertise in working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavioral difficulties, emotional concerns, and developmental challenges, while also supporting adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, adjustment difficulties, and relationship concerns. My experience across hospitals, clinical settings, and autism intervention programs has strengthened my ability to provide comprehensive, client-centered care. I believe that effective therapy begins with understanding each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. My approach combines psychological assessment, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to create interventions that are practical, collaborative, and meaningful. I work closely with clients, parents, and caregivers to promote positive change, emotional resilience, adaptive functioning, and improved quality of life.

Approach

It's common for clients to arrive unsure about where to begin, so I focus on establishing a steady, practical rhythm that helps you notice small shifts and build trust. I use sessions that balance curious, focused questions with concrete, doable steps between meetings, checking in together on what feels helpful and what needs changing. My pace adapts—sometimes structured and goal-focused, sometimes spacious and reflective—while we keep decisions collaborative and understandable. People seeking clarity, gentle accountability, and real-world progress tend to find this way of working helpful.
