About Us
We are an art therapy organisation based in Staple Hill, Avon, United Kingdom. We help you manage trauma and distress with art-based counselling. We also deliver crisis counselling and advocacy for you and your family.
Approach
We meet where you feel safest — at home or in our Staple Hill space — and set a gentle pace so creativity and words can emerge alongside practical support. Sessions mix simple art-making with open reflection, tailored to how you’re coping day-to-day, and we often agree on small tasks to try between meetings to track changes. During times of crisis the work tightens to immediate safety and advocacy, then widens back into exploration. This way of working tends to suit people looking for hands-on, steady support.
