About Me
I am a Counselling Psychologist and NLP Master Practitioner with over three decades of dedicated experience in guiding people toward emotional strength and inner clarity. As a UNESCO Certified Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach, I blend scientific psychology with compassionate, client-focused practice. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Wellness Management from Apollo Hospitals Educational Research Foundation and serve as an instructor at Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira College. My interactive, deeply attentive listening style creates a safe, empowering space where real understanding, trust, and meaningful transformation begin. Confidentiality protects the space; trust transforms the person- my own CORE believe.
