Ashley McCleery

Family Therapist

I am relational attachment-based therapist working with individuals, children, and families to help foster connection and growth.

About Me

I am a relational attachment-based therapist. I work with individuals, children, and families to foster connection and growth. In our sessions, we explore how past experiences shape present relationships. This helps you understand patterns and build stronger bonds. I offer a warm, collaborative space for navigating challenges. My approach is ideal for those seeking more secure, fulfilling relationships with themselves and loved ones.

Approach

We map how early attachments show up in daily life, then gently experiment with new ways of relating during sessions. In my Pasadena office I offer a calm, play-friendly room for young clients and caregivers and a conversational, reflective rhythm for adults. Sessions blend focused conversation, brief role-play or playful interventions for younger children, and reflections to carry into day-to-day life between meetings. People seeking to repair bonds, navigate grief or chronic illness, or explore identity and faith often find this paced, collaborative way helpful.
