About Me

I am a Specialist Wellness Counselor based in Wilderness, Western Cape, South Africa. I help you manage addiction, anxiety, mood disorders, low self-esteem, and personal development using ACT, CBT, MBCT, and group therapy. I offer a confidential, practical space and we set clear goals to build everyday skills.

Approach

You’ll find sessions grounded in a confidential, practical space where we set clear, manageable goals and practise skills in real time. Whether meeting in Wilderness, online for George and surrounding areas, or in small groups, I pace sessions to your needs—short experiential exercises, mindful reflection and focused skill rehearsal replace long lecture. Between appointments we use brief tasks, flexible check‑ins and gentle accountability to help new habits stick and reduce overwhelm. This way of working tends to suit people wanting steady, practical steps toward clearer routines and more calm.
