Ashleen Neeson

Counselor

A warm and understanding environment where we can uncover the cause of your distress and methods to move forward.

About Me

I am a counselor based in London, Greater London, offering online counseling and psychotherapy for anger, anxiety, relationships, and self-esteem. I work with adults to reduce anger, manage anxiety, improve relationships, and build self-esteem. I offer confidential online sessions and teach simple skills you can use between appointments.

Approach

I work with clients to help them understand themselves more and the part they and others play in their life. Together we can explore the present and the past to uncover the root cause of negative thought patterns, feelings and actions, identifying more helpful strategies to overcome these challenges. My approach is one of understanding and genuine compassion.
