Counseling Psychologist

Whether you’re navigating challenges, transitions, or seeking to heal old wounds, we can work together to unlock the patterns keeping us stuck, create safety, and make meaningful changes.

About Me

Hi, I’m Arnab. For over six years, I’ve worked as a counseling psychologist helping people make sense of the complex dynamics in their relationships, their work, and their inner worlds. While I have a deep background in supporting leaders and those in high-pressure STEM environments, I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. My goal is to provide a steady, grounded presence as we explore the underlying patterns of your life, working together to create a space where you feel heard and understood.

Approach

My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy should be sustainable, intersectional, and trauma-informed. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS)—often called "Parts Work"—alongside Existential and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) modalities. Let's collaborate to identify what is driving your current coping strategies and move toward more adaptive, healthy ways of relating to yourself and others. It’s about more than just managing symptoms; it’s about creating a life that feels authentic to who you are.
