Psychotherapist

I am a psychotherapist offering individual therapy to adults aged 18–45 years, guided by intersectional, trauma-informed, and queer-affirmative principles. My approach to therapy is grounded in relational safety, curiosity, and meaning-making

About Me

I am a psychotherapist who works from a trauma-informed perspective, alongside individuals navigating complex identities and lived experiences. My work is queer-affirmative and grounded in respect for intersectionality, with therapy shaped by your story and guided at a pace that honours your readiness and safety. I value depth in therapeutic work and am drawn to the careful noticing of patterns especially those that may have once been protective but now feel limiting. Together, we approach these patterns with curiosity and compassion, creating space for greater self-understanding, agency, and choice. My intention is to offer a steady, affirming presence, one where all parts of you are welcome, and your lived realities are met with care, respect, and attentiveness, supporting movement toward greater fulfilment and authenticity in life.

Approach

My approach to therapy is grounded in relational safety, curiosity, and meaning-making. I aim to create a space that feels steady and respectful, where trust can develop over time and your experiences are met without urgency or judgment. Therapy is shaped collaboratively, with close attention to what feels safe enough to explore and when. I work with uncovering patterns that influence how you relate to yourself, others, and the world, gently widening perspective and understanding. Through this process, we make sense of experiences in ways that support choice, agency, and a gradual movement toward growth and fulfilment. My work is informed by a relational and trauma-informed lens, and draws from narrative therapy, somatic approaches, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These frameworks allow us to attend to stories, the body, and inner parts with care, helping integrate past experiences while remaining grounded in the present.
