About Me
I understand that navigating learning or emotional challenges can feel overwhelming for young people and their families. As an educational psychologist, I help to uncover unique strengths and needs through psycho-educational assessments. We then work collaboratively, offering tailored therapeutic support for children, adolescents, and young adults. I aim to create a space where families can explore concerns openly. Together, we find practical ways forward to support well-being and development.
Approach
Helping families translate assessment findings into everyday strategies, I focus sessions on clear goals, hands-on activities and calm conversation that young people can engage with. In my Cape Town office I work in English and Afrikaans, pacing sessions to suit the child or teen and checking in with parents between appointments to track small changes. Therapy blends playful approaches for children, reflective work for adolescents and practical planning for young adults so families leave with usable steps and renewed confidence.
