Anna

Dr Anna Perlina, PhD

Psychotherapist (Gestalt)

As a coach, I support your personal development and professional growth. With nearly 20 years of experience in management consulting, corporate environments, political institutions, and research organisations, I can help you find your own path and overcome challenges while staying true to yourself. I have extensive experience working with expats and international professionals. I welcome anyone who belongs to the LGBTQIA+ community.

About Me

My path into psychotherapy has been unconventional. I initially studied humanities and social sciences, later moved into business, and eventually devoted myself to psychology. My professional journey has included research, international relations, management consulting, and corporate work, but also experiences in an opera house and a boutique for plant art. I have lived in several countries, including Ukraine, France, Israel, Germany, and China. I am married and have a dog with floppy ears. All of these experiences enrich my work and help me understand my clients from multiple perspectives. In addition, I teach therapeutic methods and clinical psychology to aspiring colleagues.

Approach

I use an integrative approach. My core training is in Gestalt therapy and systemic counselling. In addition, I work with body-oriented techniques, art therapy, and imaginative techniques. Above all, however, I focus on what we both feel is helpful for your situation.
