As a Licensed Professional Counsellor, I bring over seven years’ experience to supporting individuals. My master's specialisation in trauma means I offer a focused approach to processing difficult memories. I help clients understand their past and build new ways to cope. We can work collaboratively to foster resilience and move towards stability. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard.
