Mrs Ann George

Counseling Psychologist

I have training in REBT, EFT, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Trauma counselling. As a mental health counsellor, my purpose in life is to be fruitful and promote mental and interpersonal health to help others have a meaningful life.

About Me

I help individuals cultivate mental and interpersonal well-being, guiding them towards a more meaningful life. Drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, we can explore how to navigate challenging thoughts and feelings. My aim is to support you in building resilience and fostering healthier connections. This approach suits those ready to actively engage in their growth and find purpose. I offer a collaborative space where your path to well-being is thoughtfully supported.

Approach

Sessions move between practical skills and gentle exploration of patterns, shaped by your pace and priorities. Whether we meet online or in Bangalore, I work in English, Hindi/Urdu and Malayalam so cultural and faith-based nuances are honoured. Therapy uses short experiments, emotion-focused check-ins and reflective tasks between sessions to gently address anxiety, anger, relationship strains, self-worth and past wounds. Those ready for active, reflective work and clearer steps forward often find this way of working useful.
